Analisa Kepuasan Karyawan PT. Prima Inti Permata Abadi Terhadap Penggunaan Aplikasi Accurate Menggunakan Metode TAM

Abstract


The level of job satisfaction of a company's employees can be seen from the low morale of employees in completing tasks. This is influenced by variables such as employee motivation and communication. Every company has a goal to maximize company performance and improve the welfare of each employee. Things that support all types of business, such as the use of information systems. In line with the times, technology has become increasingly advanced and has many types in each development. Companies that want to develop their business and achieve success must adapt to current developments by utilizing data processing support tools that improve employee work performance, increase motivation and productivity, and win competition with other companies. This research aims to determine the level of job satisfaction of PT employees. Prima Inti Permata Abadi on the Accurate Application. This application provides various functions such as sales, purchases, merchandise inventory, general ledger, bank cash, permanent activation, order financing, accounts receivable, project management, financial reporting, etc. Therefore, to find out how simple and easy it is to use the Accurate application, sometimes we want to measure the level of employee satisfaction with using the Accurate application. Therefore, research is needed to find out employee satisfaction. The method for determining employee satisfaction is based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method. This method is a method of accepting the information technology system used by users. This research is expected to provide an optimal solution in analyzing employee or user satisfaction with the Accurate Application.
